What is the return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be new, unused, and in the original product packaging. Proof of purchase / order number is required.

What is the shipping policy?

We currently offer free economy shipping on all U.S. orders.

Orders typically process in 3–5 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking is included and sent by email once your order ships. We currently only ship U.S. only(PO Boxes accepted; no APO/FPO at this time).

How does the subscription work?

You’ll receive a box every 3 months.

Subscriptions auto-renew, and you can skip or cancel anytime.

Can I reorder the same box later?

Yes, while supplies last. Products may change quarterly.

Each quarter features a new curation in the Skincare Box, so the products may change over time.

Do I need to know anything about skincare before using it?

Not at all. Just follow the simple 3-step routine inside your box - morning and night. We've done all the hard work for you.

Is this safe for sensitive, fragrance-sensitive, or acne-prone skin?

Everyone’s skin is different. Our products are selected to be broadly beginner-friendly, but formulas can vary.

Please review the ingredient lists before use, and patch test(apply a small amount to one area for 24–48 hours) before using regularly.

If you have known allergies, very reactive skin, or a diagnosed skin condition, it’s best to consult a dermatologist first.

Which skin type should I choose?

Choose Dry, Oily, or Normal at checkout. If you’re unsure, take our quick Skin Type Quiz on the product page for the best match.

Where are your products sourced?

All products in the Nuvōmi Skincare Box are sourced from South Korea and delivered in original, sealed packaging.

How long will the products last?

Each box includes full-size products that last about 3 months for most customers with daily use. Enough time to see noticeable results and decide if you want to continue the routine.

Do you make your own skincare?

Not yet. Right now, we curate proven Korean brands known for quality and results. Developing Nuvōmi-branded products is something we may introduce in the future.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Products are 100% authentic and arrive in their original sealed packaging. We do not open, rebottle, or alter products in any way.
