Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be new, unused, and in the original product packaging. Proof of purchase / order number is required.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you'd prefer a prepaid label, we offer one for $9 (deducted from your refund). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (timing may vary by bank).

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We know skincare is personal. If you tried your Nuvōmi box and it wasn’t a fit for any reason (wrong skin type, irritation, or you simply didn’t like it), contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

To help us find the right fix, we may ask for your order number and a quick photo of the products. Then we'll work with you on the best resolution:

  • First order? We'll offer a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. Whichever makes the most sense for you.
  • Returning subscriber? We'll prioritize a swap to a better-fit product or store credit toward your next box.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened/used products aren’t eligible to be returned by mail.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund it.
